ACHIEVEMENTS
Over the years our research has led to the establishment of novel analytic,
numeric, simulation and asymptotic methodologies for the formulation and solution of
probabilistic models in reliability theory, performance evaluation of computer and communication
systems. Namely:
- Exact analysis of the machine interference model under different service
disciplines, running and repair times
- Asymptotic analysis of renewable complex systems evolving in random
environments
- Approximate analysis of retrial queueing systems with collision and non-reliable server
- Numerical analysis of different info-communication systems
- Simulation of the performance of different info-communication systems
